During my January Week 1 stay in Singapore, the regional office of North-East and South-East Asia decided that it was high-time to have all HR professionals in the region to be refreshed and trained to be facilitators of the Spectrum Diversity module. I won’t go as to how much or what the module is all about but it certainly enhanced my training skills. Since aggresive is my middle name, I just had to volunteer myself to facilitate the first training to non-HR people which was quite met with excellent results. Philippines, Japan, Korea, Australia and Singapore business units were present in this training.

Now, during January Week 2 of my stay in Singapore, one of the mandates of our corporate head office was to make sure that everyone was aligned with all global HR processes. So, if and when an employee goes to another business unit in any region, the level of HR customer experience will still be the same, thus adhering more from the concept of a truly global company. Philippines, United States, India, Japan, Korea, Australia and Singapore business units were present in this training. Pictures for the entire 2-weeks after the break.
